SHIPPING & RETURNS
SHIPPING POLICY
We want to get you your Cache Can as soon as possible. That’s why we make every effort to process your order quickly so you can put your gear to good use sooner.
Cache Can offers UPS Ground shipping in the contiguous United States only. We do not ship to U.S. territories outside of the contiguous United States (including American Samoa, Guam, Marshall Islands, Micronesia, North Mariana Islands, Palau, Puerto Rico, and the U.S. Virgin Islands.)
RETURN POLICY
To return an item, please email us at info@cache-can.com within 15 days of receiving it. We accept returns for unused items in their original packaging. Used items cannot be returned.
If you receive a damaged or defective item, email us within 15 days with pictures of the damaged item(s) and the shipping package. We'll happily exchange it for a new one.
Once your return/exchange request is approved, you may ship the package back to us with a tracking number. You are responsible for the return shipping/material costs.
After we receive your item, we'll inspect it and process your refund. It may take up to two weeks for the refund to appear in your original payment method.
